Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring that all food seals are intact and equipment is safely padded to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the contents, we will process your refund or exchange to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
